Taikyourou: The Inn Closest to Amanohashidate

Opened in 1868, Taikyourou is located at the foot of the Kaisenkyo Bridge spanning Amanohashidate.
It stands opposite Kanshichi Chaya (founded 1690), the shop known for its Chie no Mochi cakes,
situated before the gates of Chion-ji Temple. This inn, loved by Yosano Akiko and many other literary figures and artists,
is in harmony with the history of Amanohashidate.
